Patricia A. Baccari RN, CLNC

Patricia has been a Registered Nurse since 1987, with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Erie Community College, New York. She is licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State and Florida. Her background includes: Hospice Nursing, plus 18 years of Medical Intensive Care Unit Nursing, with a background in the Cardiac Care Unit, Trauma/Surgical ICU, Burn Unit, Family Medicine and Ear, Nose and Throat. She has held her certification for Legal Nurse Consultant since 2006. She joined McCumber Daniels in 2008.

Gale R. Decker, RN, BCLNC

Gale Decker has been a Registered Nurse since 1979 with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Polk Community College. She is licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida and Pennsylvania and works with our Pennsylvania office. Her background includes experience in acute hospital care in medical/surgical nursing, neurological/neurosurgical nursing, telemetry, and cardiac care. She has worked in hospice care, and LTC/geriatrics. She has extensive experience in Home Health Care, where she started as a field nurse and later worked as an Administrator of a Medicare agency for 5 years. She was a Department Director in medical-surgical/telemetry for over 7 years and worked as a unit director in long term care. Gale has been a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant since 2006. She has been employed with McCumber Daniels since November 2001.

Marla K. Iley, RN, BSN, LHRM

Marla Iley has been a registered nurse since 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Her nursing background includes Medical/Surgical unit, Neurological Surgery, and Ophthalmology. She has extensive surgical experience having worked in the operating room for over 15 years. In 1992 she completed the Healthcare Risk Management course from the American Institute of Medical Law, Inc of Miami, Florida and is a current Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager in the State of Florida. She became certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant in 1998. She has experience as a Risk Management Coordinator of a 600 bed acute care facility as well as private Risk Management Consultant to Ambulatory Surgery Centers and physician offices. Prior to joining McCumber Daniels, she operated her own Legal Nurse Consulting company offering Healthcare Risk Management and defense paralegal nursing services. She joined McCumber Daniels in July 2009.

Dale R. Mock, RN, BSN.

Dale Mock has been a Registered Nurse since 1979. Her background includes Medical/Surgical nursing, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Geriatrics. She has extensive experience in Home Health Care from the field nurse perspective as well as Management and Administration. She has also worked in the acute care hospital setting, physician's office and long term care settings, both as staff nurse and management. Her background in Home Health includes 6 years as the Administrator of a Medicare and Private Home Health division and later Regional Director of Education covering the east coast of Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in December 2005 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. She has been employed at McCumber Daniels since February 2000, having come from a prior defense firm where she also worked as a nurse paralegal. She is also the Firm Administrator at McCumber Daniels.
