Kyleen A. Hinkle

Kyleen A. Hinkle is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. She focuses her practice in the areas of general liability, professional liability, long-term health care defense, and medical malpractice defense.

Mrs. Hinkle received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2008, where she was awarded the Leadership Certificate.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003. While in law school, Mrs. Hinkle served as the President of the International Law Society, and was selected to serve as a Research Assistant under Prof. Charles H. Rose, III.

Mrs. Hinkle is active in various professional associations. She was named ‘Leader in the Law’ by the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (PFAWL) in 2012.  She is a past president of PFAWL and is the current President-Elect for the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, a statewide organization. Mrs. Hinkle also serves as the FAWL liaison to both the Florida Bar’s standing committee on Diversity & Inclusion, and the National Conference of Women Bar Associations.  Mrs. Hinkle is a member of PFAWL, ABLE (Accountants, Bankers, Lawyers & Engineers), and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
