Albert M. Rodriguez is an associate with McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig & Puig, P.A. and practices from the firm’s Tampa office. The focus of his practice is general liability, insurance, nursing home, hospital and medical malpractice defense.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with a minor in Political Science in 1995. Mr. Rodriguez earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999.
After completing law school, Mr. Rodriguez became an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida, where he prosecuted various juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony crimes, and tried more than 60 jury trials.
Mr. Rodriguez is an active member of the All Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
