Mr. McCumber served for 10 years as Tort Consultant for the Florida Health Care Association. He currently serves as Florida’s Representative on LeadingAge’s National Legal Committee.
Starlett Massey manages the Tampa office’s Banking and Real Property Department. Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, real property litigation, and real estate closings. Ms. Massey is licensed to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Bankruptcy Courts of the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
